If I stayed in my corporate job, I still needed to work 50+ hours a week. I looked at my little 5 lb six-week-old baby boy and said, "hell, no." So I quit.
So there I was, unemployed with a premature son, still wanting to work. My corporate jobs required a non-compete, so I couldn't return to my previous industries.
